A consulting professional is supplied, and becomes an immediate
contributor. Any hourly demand can be met, and the individual
can be released immediately once services are no longer needed. |

A “try before you buy” scenario. Often a consulting
professional is such a good match technically and personally,
it’s only natural that they evolve into permanent staff
for the client. Unlike other firms, The Right Resource encourages
clients to hire our consultants as permanent members of their
staff. If kept for the initial contract period, this is a NO
FEE transition. |

| Direct Placement: |
|
In situations where the initial interview reveals an ideal
match, we recognize the benefit of the addition of permanent
staff. Clients are welcome to hire the individual for a one-time
placement fee. |
