Founder & President John Vormbaum has over a decade of experience in the contract technical staffing world. He was introduced to the business in 1992 while working as support staff at The Application Group, a contract staffing firm that grew from a modest beginning into a market leader, purchased by ADP in 1994. John then went to The Trattner Network, another developing contract placement firm. Over the course of the next 4 years The Trattner Network would grow to become a dominant player in the Silicon Valley staffing industry with over 400 technical consultants on billing.

When The Trattner Network was sold in 1999, John saw an opportunity to offer the same high standard of service to his clients while improving the business structure & product offering. By raising the client service bar, The Right Resource has been able to survive and even thrive in this challenging economic climate.
